The Sales Activator® Perpetual license System is provided as a means to create additional content for The Sales Activator® a sales development toolkit, created and owned by Performance Practitioners Limited.

 

Please read the terms and conditions carefully then click “I Accept”. By using The Sales Activator® Perpetual License System (“The System”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

 

Terms of Service

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Legality of Content

The content created within the system is the responsibility of the user. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). Performance Practitioners Limited is in no way responsible for the legality of content created by users.

 

Privacy Policy

Performance Practitioners will store details about license holders including contact details, passwords and log in frequencies. This data will not be sold, traded or shared in any way with any other companies. You must keep your password safe. We will monitor the content input into the system to check for quality.

 

Information Automatically Logged

We may, from time to time record your IP address to help diagnose problems with the server and to administer the system. IP addresses may also be used for security purposes.

 

Indemnity

As a condition of use of the system, you agree to indemnify Performance Practitioners Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of the system.

 

Your Password

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Performance Practitioners Limited cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

 

Refund Policy

By activating your license you forfeit the right to cancel your purchase of The Sales Activator® Perpetual license System. No refunds will be offered once a license has been activated.  Should you wish to cancel your license before you have activated your license, please inform us in writing and refrain from logging into the system once you have notified us of your wish to cancel.

 

Payment

Your license password will not be issued until full payment has been received.

 

Changes to the system

Performance Practitioners Limited reserves the right to change the system at any time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

 

Cookies

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. The system does not use cookies.

 

Log In

Your login may only be used by one person – that person shall be the person nominated on the account. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.

 

Copyright and Content Ownership

Performance Practitioners Limited does not claim intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Performance Practitioners Limited does not pre-screen Content, but Performance Practitioners has the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that it deems inappropriate.

Nothing in these Terms of Service operates to transfer any Intellectual Property Rights relating to The Sales Activator® and/or The Sales Activator® related products to the organisation, Partner or Distributor.

 

Technical Support

Technical Support is available to users in the first instance by email to plsupport@salesactivator.com. Performance Practitioners Limited will endeavour to address support issues within 24 working hours of submission.  If the issue cannot be resolved by email, telephone support will be provided.

 

Modifications

You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service unless agreed in writing by Performance Practitioners Limited.
